All domestic ( Estonia) shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2-5 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All internation shipments (EU) are arrive within 4-6 business days.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, contact us at love@nakedspirit.ee. Please include in the subject line: “Return” in the email, include your full name, order number and delivery address. Please also let us know what is the main reason for the return.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery of your goods. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.
We are not able to provide a refund for items that do not reach our office. We recommend tracking and insuring your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method immediately but no later than after 14 days.

Most of our items are made from stretch fabrics, loose fit or one size to make the fit flexible. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, please email us at love@nakedspirit.ee and we will arrange a return or exchange for you.
